We're Superior Diesel & Auto Care, Inc., and we're a local auto repair shop here in Elgin, IL. We believe in superior service, offering engine, transmission, and driveshaft repairs. If I could leave a 6 star review I would! German, the owner helped us out in a tough situation. We purchased a truck in Chicago, and we were told by another shop that our 2022 Isuzu box truck needed a new engine. German said there's no way the engine was bad in a truck with 70k miles. His master tech went to work on it the same day, even thought their shop was full of other customers cars, and got the truck back to me in 2 days running like a dream. He did not overcharge us or try to take advantage of our situation. He saved us about $15k repair bill we were quoted from the other shop. He even helped us store the truck until pickup because we were from out of town. Thank you guys so much! Much recommended to anyone looking for a honest mechanic, with very reasonable rates.
